A deposit may be required before the commencement of work.

Payment schedules will be agreed upon before work begins.

Failure to make timely payments may result in work suspension or cancellation.

Estimated completion dates are provided for reference but may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as material availability, weather conditions, or client-requested changes.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or force majeure events.

The client must ensure clear access to the worksite.

Any necessary permits must be obtained by the client unless otherwise agreed.

Changes to the agreed scope of work may result in additional costs and extended timelines.

We provide a warranty on workmanship for a specified period, which will be detailed in the service agreement.

Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used in the project.

We are not liable for damages caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications after project completion.

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the project stage.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on project status and incurred costs.

Any disputes shall first be addressed through direct communication.

If unresolved, disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration as per local laws.

We may collect and use client information for service-related purposes.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
